This review is overdue ! I was looking for a new dentist because mine had retired and between the pandemic and pregnancy, I had been putting it off. My husband had been going here, so I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I came !! Dr. Tsieh makes you feel at ease and explains everything, which is important to me. Major points for Britney, who is an amazing dental assistant. She is so friendly and does her job so well ! The front desk staff is always friendly and makes sure to answer any questions I may have. Overall, I definitely recommend this dental office.

First time visit, recommended by insurance Great customer service from the (Front Desk) to all their staff. All associates were professional with Honest results. We love our recommend Dr. Shieh who was very patient, not rushing us but most importantly was truly confident in his line of professional work and counsel. Doctor is very knowledgeable and educating while wanting to know what we had planned for this visit. I needed some minor work done and the Doctor made time for me and took care of it. (I must say He’s awesome in what he does as it shows). In our case we knew what was needed and the Doctor confirming was a sign of a well chosen office. The Doctor went through a detailed brushing process with me regarding the balancing of brushing and flossing and its purpose for my needs A brief moment of knowledge I've never experienced with any other office, another satisfaction to my concerns. My hygienist Natalie was amazing to who made time for my needs (Love her patience and care for my needs). And A reminder to all please always plan time when going to the dentist as we don’t know what we may need and they have to rearrange schedules to meet our needs.

Office staff were very friendly and professional and I felt welcomed. Dr Manal did an awesome job explaining things to me and asking if I was comfortable during the procedure. I always feared going to the Dentest especially from past experiences but feel very comfortable at Smiles.
